Linda Potere, MBA, LHCRM, CHCQM, LADAC, NCACII, CAS, possesses over 30 years of experience in Behavioral Health Care Services specializing in accreditation and quality assurance. She has served in administrative positions in licensed and accredited community mental health centers, psychiatric hospitals, and substance abuse treatment programs. In addition, she has led several multisite behavioral health care and long-term care agencies through their The Joint Commission accreditation. Ms. Potere is certified in Health Care Quality Management by the American Board of Quality Assurance Utilization Review Physicians, Inc. and is a Licensed Heath Care Risk Manager. Ms. Potere has been the president and CEO of Seacrest Resource Center, Inc., Millennium Behavioral Health Care, Inc. and Millennium Medical Records Consultants, Inc. since 1995.

Our Associates

Donna Shaw, RN, MSN, has worked in the field of Mental Health and Chemical Dependency for over 20 years in inpatient hospitals and free standing treatment facilities. She has held the positions of Safety Risk Manager and Director of Quality Management during her professional career. Presently she holds the position of Adjunct Clinical Instructor at Miami-Dade College School of Nursing as well as providing Utilization Review for a local psychiatric hospital.

Carol McGrath, RHIT, has over 25 years Medical Record experience and has held the position of Director of Medical Records for thirteen of those years. In addition, she has over ten years in working with organizations to achieve The Joint Commission accreditation, Department of Children and Family Service licensure, Medicare/Medicaid/third party compliance, billing and recoupment.

JUDITH ADLER CLARK, RN, BSN is a Psychiatric Registered Nurse, experienced in facility organization and management. She has 25+ years of extensive administrative and clinical practice experience in South Florida, in a variety of front-line roles: Nursing Consultant, Private Practice Therapist, Chief Nursing Officer, Director of Clinical Services and Nursing Director. Judy has successfully comple­ted JCAHO accreditation and HRS licensure surveys and planned / implemented acute care mental health programs, including the first in-patient Women’s Treatment Program in South Florida. She has managed in-patient psychiatric and substance abuse hospitals with acute care, residential and partial hospitalization programs. Her diligent and innovative professionalism, interspersed with innate interpersonal skills, permits Judy to effectively motivate and create positive work environments necessary to meet client demands

Joe Cagno, NHC, MBA has been a court appointed receiver for The Agency of Health Care Administration in the State of Florida. Each facility he has represented has achieved full regulatory compliance and financial stability within the prescribed time period assigned. He has been a nursing home administrator for over 28 years at facilities having up to 300 beds. He attained superior ratings at all facilities. Joe has also served as COO for a $27 million comprehensive LTC provider in Philadelphia, PA, serving 125 facilities and a 7000 bed regional pharmacy. Other positions included Comptroller, President, and Vice President of Operations. Mr. Cagno has also assisted numerous Law Firms as an expert witness in many Nursing Home and Assisted Living Facilities cases.

Allan M. Selbst, MD has practiced Internal Medicine for over 22 years in South Florida. Besides a degree in medicine, he has a Master's Degree in Mathematics and extensive experience in teaching. He has lectured on a variety of medical topics to health care organizations as well as consulted for numerous pharmaceutical companies. He has been the medical director of HCR-ManorCare Health Services in Plantation for the past 12 years. In addition, Dr. Selbst has provided over 20 years of medical management and care to substance abuse patients to inpatient psychiatric hospitals in South Florida. He is also a certified instructor for Alzheimer's Disease. He is available for lectures, physician peer reviews, and consulting services.
